Are prices inclusive of VAT?
Infinita is a Thai company with Swedish owners. We add only the VAT if we sell a service in Thailand.
Can I hire you to further develop an existing website even if I did not buy it from you?
Yes, no problem. As long as you have a Joomla site, we can edit and extend the site for you.
What is a hosting company, hosting and all that?
A web hosting / hosting is the physical server where your website is located. We at Infinita have our own cozy hotel where your website lives.
Can I use webmail if you make a website for me?
Yes. If you have an account with us, you can easily read your mail on any computer with internet connection.
Can I make an installment of the website?
Unfortunately not. The services we offer are usually paid in advance unless it is major design job where you pay in two or three steps.
Can I change the design of my website myself?
You have full access to the back panel and the server. You have the right to change and edit anything, but we at Infinita are obviously not responable for the consequences if something goes wrong. Please contact us instead. We can make the changes for a low cost.
How long will it take before my website is finished?
This depends on various circumstances, of course. If you choose a free website and carefully provide us with all the material, we are usually ready within 48 hours (weekdays only). More complex sites obviously takes longer, but we try to stick to 5-10 working days. Is there a third party that for example handles domain names or things like that, we can not guarantee a time.
Can you design a catalog for me which I then press with a another printing service?
Of course! Our job is to provide our customers with the best materials possible. It's up to you as the customer to determine what to printed and where.
Is web hosting and domain included if I'm a customer of yours?
Hosting and domain name the first year are included if you want a uniquely designed website (CUSTOM). If you on the other hand choose a free template, you pay for hosting for 2 years but the domain must be purchased separately. We help you with the domain name if necessary.
Who owns the domain that you will help me to buy?
To make it easy to manage and minimize the risk that the domain is not renewed, we'll take care of our customers' domain as long as the customer wants. If needed, we will transfer the domain to the client's name. This is solved in a few minutes.
I tried to edit something on my website and now everything is upside down. What do I do now?
Please contact us and we'll take a look at what has happened. We do a backup every time we completed a website. This means that we can restore the site to its original appearance for a small fee. If you on the other hand makes regular changes, we suggest that you sign a security update and backup agreements with us. Read more on Web Service - Service and Maintenance.
